My name is Ashkan Memarian and I’m a commercial director, writer and filmmaker. Son of two immigrants from opposite sides of the world, I was born and raised in the suburbs of Southern California. I grew up playing sports, being good at math, skateboarding, and banging on drums in my brother’s band. Then I stumbled into a film class in college and poof! Now I’m here.
